craft beer is Dead!

Short premise:
reading this post someone could identify with and feel very offended with me. To these people I say, instead of showering under fanciful pseudonyms or worse still hidden behind some other person (another bad habit beer), blogs, forums and pages of newspapers, replicated right here. But only if we mettette, as I have always done my face, which means "name". If your disturbed personality prevents you from doing, if you believe in the "Zorro" of malt and hops, I'm sorry, I'm not qualified to help you.

The Italian craft beer is dead! (the I know what people want)

Small reflective inspiration born from casual reading of these five lines written by Kuaska and appeared in the "far?" www.mondobirra.org 2003 on the site.

Craft beer: how to be a beer can boast of this appeal?
Craft! Sometimes a term is a bit 'vague, abused, or worse, misused. Then I'll tell you what I mean to craft beer, OK? It 's a normally non-filtered beer, or pasteurized, created with high quality ingredients and without the use of substitutes, from a small manufacturer in limited quantities and often served in the brewpub and / or supplied to pubs, restaurants and shops in the same geographical area.

Even then, the term "craft" in the mind of Kuaska, director of cultural Unionbirrai, stumbling, barely punctuated by a few statements that .... in a few years would have lost its meaning.

  • Unfiltered? Go!
  • Using substitutes? Go!
  • Small producer? Go!
  • Limited Quantities? Go!
  • Right in the brewpub? Go!
  • same geographical area? Go!
  • pasteurized almost ?.... go!

M orta at an early age, breathless, stifled by a lack of consistency and the excesses of stardom.

M orta victim chasing the same business and that he strangled in the grip of profit at any cost and appearance.

M orta with the help of those who, like a new David voleva farne una bandiera per combattere contro il “Golia industriale”.

M orta nelle divisioni, rivalità e scissioni interne.

M orta in the "craft beer parties" that are so "cool" and "draw people." Then if REAL beer there is only one (which ends after two hours) and the rest is the usual stuff ... patience. (people want what I know).

M orta in the pages of certain books where prevail sponsors and editorial guidelines to common sense. (people want what I know).

M orta in beer gone bad, relabelled, readjusted, coated ricapsulate and doubled in price. (people want what I know).

M orta in the "galactic bales" that certain producers (brewers?) Tell us. (people want what I know).

M orta in the head of those who every day is "reset, transforms and regenerates" forgetting friends, drinking goliardic and recent past, while at straws to justify the positions of a few months ago. (dear friends if you drink to forget ... keep well that works).

E 'futile to try. The definition "Craft Beer" no longer exists, is not comparable to anything Specifically, it is not defensible and therefore usable by everyone without limitations.

I give up! I let events take the upper hand, jump on the bandwagon and do the transformation and the inconsistency of my fortune.

No ! I'm not there!

not giving up either time, can not do to convince me that I have to throw to the winds my dreams and my thoughts, I must deny my past, friends and drinking jokes. As long as I can e con tutti i mezzi che il tempo e il mio modesto pensiero me lo consentiranno combatterò per la difesa, la tutela e la diffusione della Birra Artigianale. Quella vera, fatta da uomini veri. Perdinci! Sono Uomo di Mondo (è vero ho anche la tessera) e andrò avanti, con orgoglio e convinzione... anche da solo.

La Birra Artigianale è morta!
W la Birra Artigianale!
