B uona sera, sono una studentessa di Architettura presso il Politecnico di
Torino.
Alcuni giorni fa ho acquistato il suo libro " Guida all'apertura di un micro-
birrificio " e l'ho letto tutto in un fiato con le mie compagne di gruppo:

and since we're on the subject of future projects here's an image taken the recent Salone del Gusto in Turin where my Paola has exchanged a few words with the legendary beer (the legend) Charlie Papazian. The world number one for the craft beer and homebrewing. I thank Franco "livingstone" Fratoni for having taken the photo and of course Charlie for his incredible availability.
